Advanced English 10 – Characterization paragraph

Please take one of your characters from your concept map and develop it into a paragraph. You must describe one character trait using two examples from the book that prove the trait you’ve chosen. Don’t forget that we learn about a character from what he says, what he does, and what other characters say about him. Use a variety of different examples from the text to prove your traits.

In creating your paragraph, don’t forget to have a beginning, middle, and end. Use transitions listed on the backboard to help move your paragraph from one idea to the next.

When using a quote, don’t forget to put the page number in parentheses at the end of the quote.
